If you’d rather not be a participant, consider volunteering to help host the event while joining in the fun. Assistance is needed with
- Setting up (arrange tables prior to 3:00 pm on the day of the event)
- Tearing down (general cleanup completed before 8:00 pm)
- Transporting entrants to/from coach and convention hall (around 3:00 and 7:30, vehicle required)
- Greeters (dressed in cowboy attire, preferred)
- Handing out cups, spoons, tickets, etc.
To volunteer, please contact Kris Whisler, the Chili Cookoff Coordinator, prior to September 1 or complete the Rally Survey (at this site; see tab at left) by the same date.
